Vodacom vs. Loadshedding??

It's fair that you want to increase your tariffs in this current DISMAL South African economy...

However, your connection to data from my end remains poor and very slow. I'm paying alot for data which is not available during "load shedding". Why? Very slow and/or no signal. Should I bother to keep paying you or search elsewhere for other options?? :/
