Vodacom vs Hayley Battle

My experience with Vodafone has been disappointing to say the least. I had a vodàcom and it was closed off, however 5 yeats later I have received a notice that my account has been handed over. I have enquired with Vodacom, so that they can send me the proof of the açcounts. but they said the account has been archived and therefore no proof is available.

I also asked the lawyers on multiple times to sent me proof of this account. I have not received any proof.

Below is the text I received from the lawyers who stll has not sent the proof.

How are you suppose to deal with a company you have not received any accounts for multiple years, and put of the blue many many years later you get this acc.
