VODACOM & VOX INCOMPETENCE

If I could give a zero rating I would. Would I recommend this service provider to friends and family? DEFINITELY NOT!! I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy

To say Vox together with Vodacom are *********** is an understatement!! I’ve never received such an appalling!

Called in for my fiber to be fixed after the wiring broke and it’s been a game of back and forth with Vodacom and Vox. We’ve logged countless escalations and the feedback we just get is that Managers are dealing with it. An SLA of 4 days to fix the issue at hand was provided but no one has gotten back to us.
