Vodacom voucher ****

We are HIGHLY frustrated with Vodacom, Huawei & TLC. My husband upgraded his contract wit Vodacom Blue route to an Huawei P9 in December which advertised a R2000 Woolworths voucher. It has been a month & we've been sent from pillar to post & not one of these huge companies wants to take responsibility. We have emailed ********** several times, we have called ***aswell & I have gone to Vodacom canal walk for assistance & they refered me to the Huawei rep in there store who then made copies of the proof of payment & said he'd follow-up with his manager. It's now been another week since & NO ONE gets back to us!!!! This is disgusting . . .******** people with false advertising. If it's not Vodacom then they shouldn't have gotten in business with Huawei & TLC.
