VODACOM VOTED POOREST SERVICE PROVIDER - SERVICE NON EXISTING!!!!

Ok so you cannot Connect to VODACOM - I've phoned their 082135 line to enquire about my account 5 times and every time after authentication I hold the line for poor music for 20 minutes to be cut off!!!!! There is no e-mail and no one responding to calls - how can a person sort out the account that according to me is paid upfront -- they keep saying it is in arrears!!!!!!!!! The level of service at vodacom is non - existant - Luckily they have quite a list of competitors -
