Vodacom Vomit Service
How useless are these call centres. Quick to call you for an upgrade but then try an get an update on handset delivery... 35minutes of holding and getting bumped between departments to finally get to the supposedly correct person to be told you cannot call in to find out about your update and must wait for them to call you????
