Vodacom - voicemail *******
Vodacom:
My number is ***. I went to turkey 6 months ago - and deactivated my voicemails (I had a previous experience on an international holiday of not deactivating and then being charged ridiculous amounts for receiving voicemails). When I got back, I tried reactivating my voicemails but it didn’t work. For 6 months I didn’t get a voicemail. Now I travelled in dec 19 to saudi and Dubai - to my surprise they are now billing me for what seems like voicemails.
I emailed them asking and they respond to one questions out of three. To date they have not responded properly proving that my voicemails were active in South Africa.
This is not the first time I am having such issues, this is not the first time Vodacom is trying to rob me or other consumers.
Consumers are tired of Telkom’s services and are leaving. Soon they will leave Vodacom.
I also bought bundles last month, which were not allocated in last month. Only allocated this month, which was not needed. I was hence double charged. Why do I need to correct a billion Rand company’s billing???
