Vodacom voice minutes
I bought voice minutes from Vodacom only to find out there do not work with other service providers. I then called Vodacom to rectify my issue and the call center told me its a tech problem that was beyond their control, so they can't help me. What is that ???? I lost cash out of this and they don't even care, to make matters worse the guy silenced my call and hanged after some minutes. He even refused for me to speak to his manager Poor service shame

I removed the sim card from my phone because it was not in use.
