This is my 3rd written complaint on Hello Peter regarding Vodacom's pathetic customer service. On 2 occasions Vodacom closed the queries without any written feedback or callback. This company just doesn't care. Vodacom's mandate is to make money, good customer service is non existent and pathetic. Why wasn't I contacted, kindly explain.

Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1ES2-1CHHEF has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.
