Vodacom Vodaworld BAD SERVICE!!!

I purchased 47 Huawei R218H Mifi Routers from vodaworld vodacom branch so that my callcentre staff could all work from home and keep their jobs during lockdown. After installing the sims(also purchased from vodacom) they could connect to the internet and get email, but they couldnt make SIP phonecalls. Every 3rd phonecall would drop. I then purchased different Vodafone R217 routers and these ALL worked fine - ironically with the same sims in them. After numerous phonecalls to floor manager Tshepo and saleslady Lebogang Phuti and still within the 7 day return period, vodacom refuses to credit me for the Huawei routers.They also wouldnt even exchange them for the correct routers! And the reason: because the boxes have been opened!!!! How on earth does one insert a sim card into the device without opening the box?!!!!! Vodacom needs to review their returns policy or educate their staff on the consumer council policies. Needless to say i will not be leaving it here - i will be going to the ombudsman! In the meantime i have 47 brand new routers in their boxes if anybody is interested. Oh yes - and DONT buy from Vodacom Vodaworld! (Purchased 29/04/20 Tran#1075)
