VODACOM / vodamail
I cannot access my emails on outlook since May 2022. I phoned customer care and spoke to a Prudence. She told me I had to give permission for R29 which I have to pay per month to access my email account. Why do I have a contract wit them then ?? I explained everything to her and she said they will send me a sms with a new password. I am still waiting and I need to access my emails urgently.
