Vodacom vodago

Ordered a deal via vodacom website. Waited over a week with absolutely no further feedback. Tried contacting them. Got bounced around more than a ping pong back. Everyone's answer being either totally irrelevant or please contact xyz who must likely just bounced me already. Tried ordering via vodacom 4 u. Excellent service, everything went fine when right at the end, they informed me that vodacom had not properly released my number from its old contract and they could give me a new number but not use my same and now supposedly pre paid number. I'm guessing the anc has guptad vodacom with this level of inefficiency and nonsense.
