Hello AGAIN and hopefully the next one will be from a different network,

Firstly, I would like to thank Vodacom for letting a 10 year old, loyal customer down- I cannot even keep track of how many times I have been disappointed, in actual fact I cannot remember when last I was satisfied with this network.

Secondly, for the second time within the time period of 2 months, an estimated amount of 2GB's which costs roughly R249, just disappeared- keep in mind to include the price we pay monthly for our contracts as well AND the extra data bundles bought because Vodacom does not respond or have proper customer service to actually deliver a service.

The first time (of what I am aware of) data just magically vanished, I spoke to a lovely lady whom tried to phone the main account holder, whom did not answer, she then continued to ask me 3 security questions to verify the credibility of my relationship with the A.H.
Upon that she verified that a 'technical error' occurred from their Vodacom's side and immediately refunded the 1GB data.

Tonight, the exact same thing happened, I phone customer service and they, again, could not get through to the A.H. hence they could not help me any further.
(Keeping all this in mind, I have WiFi and all my settings are set to manually ask permission for any updates and I have another sim card that gets an additional 2GB's data a month, you do the math, oh no, wait you can't- All this means that within 15 days I used 6GB's AND I have WiFi)

Issue nr 1: What in the world makes you think that the A.H has any idea how much data a purchase, besides the amount I get monthly on my contract?
Issue nr 2: How can you not have standardised customer service procedures to follow by all employees?
Issue nr 3: The service I received was ridiculous, I couldn't speak to anyone who could actually help me, eventhough the agent offered me this option.
Issue nr 4: WHERE, ON THIS PLANET, HAVE YOU SEEN ANY OTHER NETWORK ROBBING THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS- this is not limited to data, but phone bills and your ridiculous prices that I assure you is not as captivating once you have to pay for all the 'technical errors' from your company's side.

In the last 10 years I have never in my life felt more embarrassed to say I am with Vodacom and I sure as Cellc will consider moving to Telkom.

So bringing awareness to 2 incidents that happened within 2 months, I would like to know how many times these 'oh-so-convenient' errors have happened in the past 10 years of which I was not notified upon or aware of.

So I leave my complaint amongst the thousands of others you have received and hope to hear from the greedily ********** network that LOVES to exploit their customers and the network to which I (sadly) belong to.

#vodafall #vodacant #vodasly #voda**** #vodaclosedforbusiness

Vodacom- the only network that does NOT WORK and where the POWER IS DEFINITELY JUST TO YOU.
Definitely South Africa's fastest falling network.
Time to change these slogans, don't you think?
