Vodacom is a TERRIBLE service provider, their staff is rude...and yes I am rude to but I don't give a ****!!!! Let us see how calm you will be if an ******** debit order is authorised by Vodacom, and then you are liable for the returned D/O transaction on your bank. Let us see how calm you will be when staff of Vodacom drop phone calls because they don't have answers. Let us see how calm you will be if no one follows up on this ******** / ********** event. Let us see how calm you will be if you receive an sms that the query has been resolved....resolved my ASS!!!!!!

All employees of Vodacom is uneducated, rude because Vodacom ****ed up, and have absolutely NO customer service s****s. Vodacom must change their name to VodaDOM - please translate DOM to English. A sorry WILL NOT do it for me, a sms telling me that the query has been resolved WILL NOT do it for me!!
