Vodacom voda*****

<p>I had a contrct with vodacom for well over 10 years. </p> <p>I cancelled the contract at the due date and ported it to another network. Vodacom send me the buy out confirmation to the value of 0 Rands.</p> <p>I said to them that I Do Not want a contract with Vodacom any more. </p> <p>They activated another contract with a new number on my name which I Did Not agree to! They debited my account with no Approval and now it is one hell of a struggle to get this stupid thing off my name and to get my money back.</p> <p>I was promised that they will contact me to solve this matter before month end and have not received any feedback nor a solution. No one seems to know how to get it cancelled!</p> <p>If this is not solved by the end of May 2016 I am going yo lay an official charge and report this matter to the consumer act!</p>
