Vodacom Vodacom Vodacom....... Never again

I've used them for years, but all of a sudden they have been changing contracts left and right, I sign a written contract for (X) amount then in ONE years time that same contract costs me 4 times more. When I go to ask questions they print out papers that I've never seen before and never signed , when you want to cancel they charge you in store and then at the end of the month again making you pay 5x Times what was agreed upon. The service is falling apart with uneducated people and people that feel they are better than the clients as if we owe them something when we go and ask questions. everything is over prices as well . Ill definitely NOT be using you guys again, luckily there are plenty of others to choose, Ill have my lawyer look into this as-well and any future contract with any service provider in SA because of you (and the unlimited haha) .
