Vodacom vodabucks store terrible!

Please do not waste your time and buy anything from the vodabucks store! Bought a BLUE kids tracking watch, so did my husband for our 2 sons, we got sent pink watches, logged countless requests, nobody knows which department is in charge of this request, I spoke to 5 people including the manager in the rewards department, they waiting for feedback. 2 weeks later I get sent another pink watch again! The service is pathetic, its been 3 weeks now I have no idea if I'll ever get the right order.
