VODACOM VODABUCKS STORE IS A ****!!
Vodabucks store is a real ****. I purchased a tv on 10 October, my account was debited, they sent me sons SMS with a link to follow, got a code that’s invalid. Upto now no one has been able to assist me. I have called way too many times and sent order proof and everything else they have asked for. This is beyond frustrating. It would have been better for me to just walk into a shop and buy the tv in person.

Why am I speaking to consultants when the proof is there?? Either you send my appliance or give me back mgg to money. Plenty of shops where I can easily walk in and get my tv with no hustle. Stop frustrating customers!!!
