Vodacom Vodabucks ****
I ordered 2 backpacks on the Vodacom app on 14.01.2020 and received confirmation of my order via SMS. The app stated that the order will be delivered in 3-5 work days, yet two weeks later I am still waiting, with absolutely NO correspondence or any way to track my delivery. Is this a ****?? What is the point of "rewarding" loyal customers if you are just planning on conning them?
