Vodacom - Vodabucks Rewards

Vodabucks Rewards -- quick to debit your account but falls short on delivery EVERY TIME. I placed an order on the 05/04/2021 which stated on the order 5-7 working days for delivery, after numerous calls after the 7th working day, with each consultant telling me they will get back to me (which never happened) I get told today that I need to WAIT another 5-7 working days (after calling and requesting to speak to the supervisor) AND NO TRACKING CAN BE PROVIDED. Disappointed at the level of service and lack of tracking and follow-through of a company as large as Vodacom!!!
