Vodacom Vodabucks loyalty ripoff

Vodacom Vodabucks promotion has recently changed and with that they have drastically moved the goal post.

Before the 31st July I had 2200 Vodabucks and could purchase a number of things like shopping vouchers of products from stores with these Vodabucks.

They made a statement that thd structure would change but would still be as exciting as before.

On 31 July the structure change and my 2200 Vodabucks became work 220, the value became 10% of what it previously was and they have made their redemption items ridiculous namely kauai eg you would need to give 43.33 vodabucks(to warn this you would need to spend R433.33 on airtime the pay in R29 cash to purchase a juice that costs R29.00????? Sounds like a ******* considering I used to earn 1 Vodabucks for R1 airtime and now I earn 1 vodabuck for every R10 airtime.

Wow, they have really taken a good loyalty program and destroyed it which is fine to do that's their perogitive but don't incentives customers to buy airtime and reward them with 2200 point and then decide to simply devalue those points once they have bought them to 10% of that value, this seems seriously ********** as I bought the airtime from them with that in mind as I have other service providers they misled me into spending 2200 on airtime for the 2200pointa and then devalue them to 220 points, sounds super legit right..
