VODACOM VODABUCKS IS A ****

On 17 November, I bought R20 X 6 pick and pay vouchers and R50X6 Dischem vouchers at the Vodabucks store, but I never received the vouchers. When I enquired about the non-dispatched of the vouchers I paid R210 for, I was not given an explanation, and they keep on sending me previously used vouchers which I bought and used a long time before the ones I bought for on the 17 November.

The last resort was that they will refund me my R210 as the system failed to dispatch the vouchers to me but its almost 2 MONTHS and I have not received my money back. My case reference is ***.
