Vodacom Vodabucks app is the ****
I bought an item on VodaBucks app on 2021 Jan 13 and after completing the order and payment, it then changed the status to complete immediately. I never received any communication from them. I tried to call them several times with no luck instead they make me talk to the machine every time after mentioning the order number. I suspect that the whole call center is aware of this **** and they are always playing delay game until you give the call. I need my money if vodacom cannot deliver the order.
