Vodacom VodaBucks

I have more than 280 VodaBucks. I bought a Nando's coupon 3 weeks back with the VB and until to date i am still waiting for vodacom to send me an SMS with the Nando's coupon. I have called, texted so many times to ask what is making the coupon to be delayed and there is no response, the service is so poor and nobody seems to know how to help, meanwhile the money have already been deducted on my bank.
