Vodacom VLive Rip-Off

I'm a VIP RED vodacom customer. In December 2016, I got billed R341,79 for "content services". Upon enquiry to Vodacom, they informed me that it is from VLive, a web content service, I told them I never subscribe to VLive, and they informed me that they will cancel all content services, it will not happened again, but unfortunately I have to pay this. In January 2017, I got billed R575.65 again for "content services" from VLive..!!! I contacted Vodacom, and they informed me I need to go on the VLive website and unsubsrcibe from VLive. I told them I never subscribe to VLive, but they told me this is the only way to stop this deduction. They gave me the website address for VLive, but when entering the address, I get 5 different website opening up, none is the VLive website. I CAN NOT UNSUBSCRIPE from VLIVE..!!! I googled VLive (apparently Vodafone LIVE) without any success. I just got my February 2017 statement, and they charged me again R 449,73 for "content services"..!! To call the Vodacom call centre is not helping at all. Upon requesting a quote to buy myself out of the Vodacom RED VIP contract Vodacom told me I will have to pay R24,768,00 to get out of my current contract, and still nobody is able to assist me to unsubscribe to the content services of VLive..!!!!. The total I paid for VLive content services so far is R1,367.17..!!!!

Dear Client
We investigated the account and can confirm that the charges are for a WASP, called Smartcall Technologies. It was since removed.
WASPS are third parties developing and offering services using the Vodacom network. They make use of Vodacom's cellular network infrastructure and billing relationship with the subscriber to deliver and bill for these services, such as SMS voting, Traffic reports, Games, Competition lines, banking transaction charges etc. Customer’s accept and register to WASP services via sms/calls at their own will.
WASPs (who are the providers of the content) are within their rights to appoint an agent to bill and collect money on their behalf for content sold by them to their customers.
It is not required in law for the agent (in this case Vodacom) to have a specific agreement with, or permission from, the customer, to bill and collect the money on behalf of the WASP.
Notwithstanding the above, the agreement concluded between each WASP and Vodacom provides that every WASP that utilizes Vodacom's services to bill and collect monies for the WASPs' products/services, may only instruct Vodacom to bill and collect money for those products/services that have been specifically requested by customers.
Moreover the Wireless Application Service Provider Association (WASPA) has been constituted to regulate all WASPs to ensure, inter alia, that they abide with the aforementioned provision. Please note that you may contact WASPA via email at *** or call on ***.
Kind regards
