Vodacom you are making it easier for me to look at moving to another service provider. Firstly bad service delivery as the call centre is frustrating with long waits. Secondly I have data for weekends only that is not working at all. Thirdly when I do get calls from Vodocam and ask to chat later in the day people are rude to me. So if I am doing a funeral I must attend to your call. Please get humanity back before you suck everything out of a person. I do not appreciate it as I am constantly frustrated and I am calling Vodocam Vipers from now on. Please also advise when I can cancel everything?
