Vodacom Vincent Park East London bad service

3rd August 2022 Wednesday I went to Vodacom Vincent Park in East London, to buy something (on contract) through someone. I was told to come back the following week Monday, because they had to place an order for it (was told it would take less than a 5 days). I came back on Monday, I was told it hasn't arrived, only then I was told to wait for a sms.

Finally got the sms today 12 August, only to go callect and be told that there are documents still to be signed (the account holder is not present). Today I spent 3 hour in that Vodacom store and walked away with nothing again, instead I was told to come back tomorrow.

I'm from King William's Town, drove 130km to go and buy the product, drove 130km on Monday and today I drove 130km again to be told that there are more documents to be signed and I must come back tomorrow . Had to pay parking ticket for spending 3 hours at Vincent Park.
