vodacom vincent park

i have an issue with vodacom Vincent park, i took out a contract with them a year ago, i have been having connection issues ever since i took out the contract. i went through all the processes they have suggested i am still having connection issues one of their network specialists suggested that the store should cancel my contract , they dont want to. they running around making it seem like they will attend to my problem
