Vodacom video and game subscriptions - Unacceptable

I picked up yesterday that two amounts of R4.39 per day is being deducted from my account. I do the "stop all" sms to number 31050 at least once a week to make sure that I did not inadvertently register to any subscription services. I am informed every single time that "You are currently not subscribed to any WASP service". Contacted call centre and was informed that these subscriptions are for Vodacom video and Vodacom games. I have never even used any of these services and have no idea how I could have registered for both without knowing it. On the Vodacom application these amounts are not included in the Bill so far amount so I only picked it up when I received my first detailed statement after I upgraded. Call centre explained the process of removing these services and this was done. I feel that these amounts are not owed by me however. I could not lodge a complaint about the account with the call centre. I can no longer lodge a complaint via email with Vodacom. This left me either hellopeter or facebook to lodge a complaint. Please explain to me why this subscription is not included in the scope of the stop all service. I had false security that there were no subscriptions on my account only to find out that the Vodacom subscriptions is not included in this definition. Also the month to date bill on your application is misleading as these amounts are not added to the amount daily so that you can enquire about it and sort it out before receiving a massive invoice at month end. I never subscribed or used these services and I want these amounts to be removed from my account. Vodacom is misleading their clients on purpose.
