Vodacom Vibre services Sucks !!!!

We have been sitting without Wifi for the last week and everytime we call, They send emails to the technician and guess what he just doesn't get back to us. My husband called and a Vodacom sales person told him that they have never updated our address and keep putting in a old box that we used 2 years ago. No one can seem to give me answers and I need my wifi for work !!!! So sick of this
