Vodacom Vetting is use less
I received sms I need to upgrade as my contract ends soon. I went to the store to upgrade but I cant as the accounts department say my credit is low. I never missed a payment my account is R600 a month pay on time every month. All they say is sorry you cant upgrade. Why in the hell do I pay R600 a month and then the just say sorry cannot upgrade. The store escalated this and 3 min later get sms case closed. I need to know why. No one can answer me. I pay all my accounts in time every month.

06 Apr 2021, 09:04Okay so if I have stuff on my experian report I cannot upgrade but you get your money every single month. Im not going to leave it here. My credit score was bad when you gave me the contract. But you still got your money every single month. This is bull ****.
