Vodacom Vetting irregularities

I’m not actually expecting a response from Vodacom but maybe this is a challenge to see if they can even follow up. I upgraded to a new contract and have been with Vodacom for over 30yrs. I went to Cellucity and was sold a package that needed an additional ESIM with data for about R200 a month. The main contract with new iPhone for around R2000pm went through without a problem so I signed the contract and got the handset. Then I got told that the vetting for the R200 ESIM contract had been declined. I was to by Cellucity that Vodacom said it was a problem on their side and it had been escalated but it would help if I sent 3 months bank statements which I did. It was then declined again. It makes no sense, I have plenty money in my account. I also checked on Clear Score and can see that Vodacom checked my credit rating and my rating shows as excellent, close to the highest possible as I have never missed a payment on anything, ever. Anyway, this is a challenge to Vodacom to see if you can actually have someone contact me instead of a generic cut and paste to this message.
