Vodacom- very poor reception & service

Vodacom frequently has no reception and mobile data has not been working for the past two days despite having sufficient data. Have had to purchase another network sim card for periods when Vodacom has no reception or service. Vodacom was one of the best networks but has been offering very poor service recently. A lack of reception can be life threatening during an emergency.
