vodacom -very poor cervices messed up my new contract with data only

again poor service - i upgraded my iphone contract at istore 3 days ago to iphone x i store salesperson says vodacom has put me on a 2 year data only contracr !!!!! no voice help me please ?? i store says they did all the paperwork correctly ? and its vodacoms fault cant do any work today ?
