Vodacom very bad

I did an upgrade with Vodacom took the Hisense H50s what an bad phone that is.I sended the phone back to them in my 14 day period they collected the phone from me and after an week after they received the phone from me im still trying upgrade to another phone.Vodacom has an very bad service i dont want to do any business with them no one is coming back to me they always say they will come back to me.I wanted to talk to a manager but nobody available.I am very disappointed with Vodacom as im with them for more than 10Years.Bad service
