Vodacom very backward together

I did an application for a device, submitted documents, Nkateko was really really helpful walked me through the process. Then was informed I am provisional approved and then was told the are certain devises I qualify for and not the one I want. I even had to select a 36 months contract even though I want the 24 months one. Now basically Vodacom chooses devices for people I'm so confused
