Vodacom VAT increase
Okay so this is what recently happened. I received an sms from Vodacom regarding the VAT increase. I contacted Vodacom with regards to this because i do not see how the VAT increase will affect my current contact. As far as I am aware this is unacceptable because how can my fee now increase because of that when I signed for the contact I signed in agreement with the amount which included VAT at 14%. According to customer care then increase in price is because ICASA had increased their price. So who do I actually have a contact with ICASA or Vodacom?
