VODACOM VANDERBIJLPARK IS THE BEST!
Vodacom should thank Sonnica Verster at the Vanderbijlpark Vodacom that this is a pleasant review! The service on the "Customer Care" line is atrocious! I organized two upgrades for two business phones and received the quotations. I approved the quotations and sent it back. The answer I received was they could not process it for two ****py reasons. "Customer Care" is so useless I almost had a heart attack due to the sheer incompetence to sort anything out. In desperation I went to the Vanderbijlpark branch next to Vaal Mall and what an oasis! Sonnica managed to cancel the previous quotations, processed one upgrade and gave sound advice regarding the other. To keep your sanity, I recommend dealing with this branch.
