Vodacom Vaal Mall is nonsense!!

I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. Firstly I’m shocked at how this cancellation of contract works, instead of being taken step by step by the consultants - I was treated like an idiot, mind you - this is after a full three years that I’ve been a loyal client.

What’s worse the manager is screaming at me yet few seconds before me, he was speaking so calmly and this is because I’m black. I’m puzzled at how ****** is an issue after years of democracy.
