Vodacom utter sh*t

Vodacom is the BIGGEST ****mers you could come accross.!!

We have NON stop issues with our fibre.

After running NUMEROUS of fault findings we came to the conclusion the issue is on Vodacoms end. We CONSTANTLY get kicked off servers when trying to game, at one stage after fighting with them day in and out pver the phone and they cant fix their sh*t, we changed our router as someone borrowed us a spare one. Then suddenly the issue was gone.

We had to return the rputer to who it belonged, NOW a few months later the SAME issue persists. After telling them exactly of iur findings they continue to put the blame on us. They do NOT take accountability for the issues on their side nor do they give the option to send put a technician nor to replace the router......so we paying for a service we are not receiving.

They keep replying to hellopeter reviews saying "a consultant will be in touch" BULL****!!!! THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK, if you phone them they have *********** "technical team" that does not onow Jacksh*t pf how to assist a person.

UTTER UTTER SH*T SERVICE FEOM A SO CALLED BIG COMPANY!!

I THINK ITS TIME TO TAKE THEM FURTHER!
