Vodacom usseless

Bought data 1gb on 11/5/2021 on the app. The app come up with an error, the money on my aiortime is gone but no data. Phone customer care, after 20 minutes the lady tell me its my phone, I apparenly use the data in seconds. They did give the data. Normaly I use less than 500mg per month. Got 2 other contracks for 2 years I receive 500 meg on each, this month there is nothing. Phone custemer care and they told me I dream, there is no data on the contrack.
