Vodacom using unauthorized insurance to ***** money

Vodacom has now been deducting insurance premiums which i never sighd for . been there twice and yet they failed to correct the problem , this is the same as *****ing from the public by using unauthorized insurance deductions i spoke to Carlin Erradu from vodacom shop and he tried by all means to correct the problem but this to has failed . Vodacom should feel ashamed by *****ing in such a way .big disgrace after so many years with them
