Vodacom using ******* protocol

Vodacom has blacklisted my devices even with arrangement in place. This also has been done without any notification or notice *******ly. I want my devices opened today or I’ll have to take this matter further. Sometimes we have uncontrollable financial situations and Vodacom now makes it worse and expects us to be able to sort out with causing double the financial strain

Vodacom takes advantage of situations likes this to make our lives worse. Thanks to no assistance and ridiculous request of paying at least 50% of arrears amount which is impossible. Being a Vodacom client for over 10 years and all the support given to them makes one realize that we all just a number. Well no problem my financial situation has just got worse thanks to Vodacom who has probably caused me to miss any job interview calls and chances of getting back on track. I have learnt that we get ******* to making payment arrangement and than get *****ed. I’m disappointed to say that this has caused me my new job as my phone has to be used for business WhatsApp, navigation and emails. Since it’s being blacklisted I’m once again going to sit without a job in the coming week
