Vodacom using bullying tactics
On 15 May 2018 my ex wife made a payment on my Vodacom account to the amount of R 1979.31 which was the amount owed on the account. At the same time my bank account was debited for the same amount which I subsequently reversed.
On 30 May my ex received a call from Vodacom that my account is in arrears. When I contacted Vodacom I was informed that it was R 100 penalty for the debit order that was reversed. I then requested to speak to a supervisor and I was put through to Ashwin and I indicated that I refused to pay the R 100 as there was a double payment.
He got very adament and rude and informed me that he will use the recording to susspend my line. Well done Vodacom threatning and bullying your customers into paying fees for ridiculous things.
I cannot wait for my contract with you to lapse. You will never see me again
