Vodacom uses every excuse to rob customers of their hard earned money!!!

I have been a loyal customer for many years, but for the last 2 years I've been having SO many problems with them, fighting and complaining and I finally decided that was it and I was not going to upgrade or renew my contracts again (2 of them). My contract ended on 6 December and I phoned for the cancellation. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and explained that the system was down, but that she would complete the cancellation as soon as it was on again.

Last night I got another invoice for this month.... for the invoices they were supposed to cancel!!! Now they say that they will cancel it for end of this month... and AGAIN they expect me to pay!!! I cancelled it last month!!!! This is unacceptable and I believe that it is another way of '*****ing' money from customers with this excuse!!!! If I refuse to pay, they will blacklist me and hand me over to the lawyers, so what am I supposed to do??? Please, DON'T get involved with Vodacom, they've used so many ways of '*****ing' my money over the last 2 years.!!!!
