Vodacom uses debit orders to *****

I installed fibre (20Mbps download speed) with Vodacom on 1 Feb 19. Since then I experienced speeds of 7Mbps for 2 weeks and then NO CONNECTION at all for 5 days. This prompted me to cancel my subscription (in writing) on the 27 Feb 19. Since then I enquired several times on the progress of the cancellation, but I could never get to the agent dealing with it. Just being told that it is being handled, no details. Now Vodacom continues to ***** from me, as they put the debit order on the same account as my cell phone, preventing me from putting a stop order in the bank. How do you get rid of a company that abuses its size and powerand continues to take money ********ly from you? They did not provide the service they were contracted for (breach of contract), but contunue to debit your account against your will. Abuse and Theft!!

As usual Vodacom promises but does not deliver! Several days passed, no contact at all. They still debited my account even that I send a cancellation notice to them and called them several times. Vodacom uses its size to abuse the small customer! How do you stop a bully?
