Vodacom uses *********** Couriers - Skynet. I could walk and hand deliver parcels faster

Why would Vodacom partner with such a useless courier service like Skynet. Its been 7 days and im still waiting for my sim card. Also the Skynet tracking doesnt update or give any relevent info. Completely unprofessional and frustrating.
