Vodacom - useless, useless, useless.

Please will someone tell me what I need to do to get a monthly invoice from these ***********s. You can eventually get through to their call center, speak with one of their service stars, get told that they will send one & also ensure that I'll receive invoices in future - haha what a joke. Vodacom knows how to take money monthly - there isn't any problem with that system you can be sure. I think the time has come to ask my bank to start returning Vodacom's monthly debit order because all else has failed.
