VODACOM USELESS UNHELPFUL

#VODACOM

We took out a contract in 2016 since we use wifi we hardly used a sim card or the data provided. We noticed the Tablet takes 6+ hours to charge completely and does not pick up Sim Cards. We booked this 8 times for repairs. Bought 6 new screen guards as it looks like **** when returned. We do understand that Vodacom is not reliable for the screen protection, however, this is a customer unit, after 6 replacements no compensation. 8 times booked in where we are without a tablet 2-3 weeks. Now they tell us basically go F*ck yourself your contract ended this month there is nothing more we can do. THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED. All the sorry's and escalation and still we are stuck with a Tablet that is faulty. Samsung cannot provide us with a discount or a new one because the fault is too close to the end of our contract. So what is the point of a warranty? VODACOM is no help at all when you need assistance with a problem. STAY FAR AWAY
