Vodacom useless service - 5 months later not resolved

I have been battling since Nov 23 with resolving a cancelled contract. About 8 calls later no closed to resolving the issue. Every single call with promises of resolving the issue which end up in no resolution. Again today 5 months later i was given 2 other numbers to try and resolve the issue. Most useless service you will ever experience. No reference number given to query when calling again. Absolutly useless - as soon as I can get this resolved will I cancel my contract, I will never support Vodacom again.
